A Shield of Defense and the Word of the Son of Blood is a new release from the power electronics artist Barzel. The album explores “Zionism as an aesthetic Political avant garde” through the epic journey of “the exiled and persecuted from the Diaspora to their ancient homeland,” according to Barzel’s label, Topheth Prophet. This story is the first chapter of what is intended to be a series though no mention has been made yet as to when the installment will be unleashed. Pressing limited to 500 copies.
